Here is a bi-partisan concern for these so call extenders. Like penis extenders, they still can suffer from E-D, because most of the time the "extender" portion of the device breaks. This one I never got to use -- because my boys broke it in the living room. For a gotcha that I bought, I broke it the very first time I used it.
